TORADYE GOLD is a new generation multifunctional product that saves time in cellulose reactive dyeing processes, that improves quality and reduces costs by increasing homogeneous dyeing, dye repeatability and color efficiency.

The innovative aspect of TORADYE GOLD is its ability to provide fast feeding of dye and alkaline to the machine (shortening dosing times) and saving about 30% time without sacrificing quality in reactive dyeing processes.

In cellulose reactive dyeing processes different dyeing methods are used in factories based on the variability of the reactive group and reaction rates of dyes.

TORADYE GOLD is suitable for all cellulose reactive dyeing methods. It provides fast feeding of dye and alkaline to the machine, which saves considerable time. It increases color repeatability and efficiency. It provides homogeneous dyeing by preventing alkali shocks and inconsistent dying. This allows safer dyeing. Therefore; it minimizes faulty workmanship.

It is possible to achieve great time savings in the reactive dye-ing processes using TORADYE GOLD and further increase this saving in the bleaching process using our COMBITEX HT BLUE forcombined bleaching material. In addition to time savings, the use of COMBITEX HT BLUE saves water too.

COMBITEX HT BLUE is a combined bleaching material developed for bleaching processes. Compared to the classic bleaching processes its innovative feature decreases pH to 7.5 – 8 range at the end of the process, thus the rinsing and neutralization baths after bleaching are no longer needed, which provides approximately one hour time saving.
