PROSES MEKATRONİK, INTRODUCES ITS INNOVATIONS AT GTMF’25 GAZİANTEP TEXTILE MACHINERY FAIR

With over twenty years of experience and expertise in the textile machinery industry, we participated in the Gaziantep Textile Machinery Fair. At the fair, we showcased our fixing and smart yarn dyeing machines, as well as our chemical solutions for carpet textiles.

Gaziantep is one of Turkiye’s most important textile centers, so we expected significant interest from the sector, but we believe the level of interest wasn’t sufficient. Nevertheless, we were pleased by the interest shown in our stand and products by textile students from surrounding provinces. Meeting with future textile professionals is always a valuable experience for us. As Proses Mekatronik, we will continue to develop innovative textile technologies and prioritize energy efficiency and sustainability in production processes.

Energy-Saving Rotary Hank Dyeing Machine

Underlining their extensive participation in the GTM 2025 Gaziantep Textile Machinery Fair, Başaran stated, “At the fair, we exhibited our multi-color smart yarn printing, multi-color turbo spraying, yarn drying, and fixing machines, which incorporate our methods and technologies for multi-color dyeing applications in carpet yarn. These machines offer solutions that provide efficiency and energy savings by addressing the needs of the sector. We plan to exhibit our new production, the energy and water-saving rotary hank dyeing machine.”

Başaran continued by stating that they had passed 2024 without being affected by the sectoral contraction, saying, “As a company, we had a good year in 2024 with good sales and new projects. We delivered a complete multi-color dyeing line for hand-knitting yarns domestically, our textile machinery sales continued, and we increased our collaborations with companies in the same sector abroad. We had a productive year in which we increased both domestic and international sales.” Başaran added, “We have many machines operating in the provinces where the fair is held, primarily Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, and Adana, and we are in a leading position in our market in these regions. Textile manufacturers in the region prefer Proses Mekatronik’s reliable and high-quality machines.”

Başaran stated that he was pleased with the organization of the textile machinery fair in Gaziantep, saying, “There hasn’t been an event in the Gaziantep region for a long time. Frankly, we don’t conduct active marketing activities in the region; only customers who know us ask us questions. For us, the fair means reconnecting and getting to know Gaziantep’s industry representatives. We aim to both strengthen our relationships with existing business partners and establish new collaborations.” Regarding the contribution of the region where the fairs are held to participants and visitors, Başaran said, “I think that as a company, we haven’t been able to fully introduce and explain ourselves in this region where the fair is held. I believe that through the GTM2025 fair, we will overcome these issues of self-introduction and promotion. Our expectations can be summarized as primarily reaching our Gaziantep customers, meeting potential customers, exchanging ideas with industry representatives, understanding their needs, and gaining insight into the direction of the sector.” “Through this, we aim to better understand customer needs and learn about developments in the sector. GTM’25: “An Opportunity for New Business Connections”

Touching upon the contributions of fairs to the sector and their companies, Process Mechatronics General Manager Mehmet Başaran concluded his remarks by explaining his expectations from GTM. “Our expectations from the fair can be summarized as primarily reaching our customers in Gaziantep, meeting potential customers, exchanging ideas with industry representatives, understanding their needs, and gaining insight into the direction of the sector. Through this, we aim to better understand customer needs and learn about developments in the sector. Furthermore, we aim to observe industry trends through the fair and shape our future strategies.
